Welcome to Ascend Eye Center! Dr. Jiaxi Ding, MD is an ophthalmologist certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Ding founded Ascend Eye Center for exceptional, personalized care which is unique to each patient and even each individual eye.

    DIRECTIONS

    Ascend Eye Center is conveniently located off of I-40 using the Hanes Mall Blvd exit.

    • Turn into Highland Oaks plaza off of Hanes Mall Blvd at the traffic light across from Burger King and Salem Creek.
      • If you are traveling Hanes Mall Blvd from the East (from Forsyth Medical hospital), Highland Oaks plaza will be on the LEFT at the 2nd traffic light from I-40 exit or 5th traffic light from Silas Creek Pkwy.
      • If you are traveling Hanes Mall Blvd from the West (from Stratford Rd towards Forsyth Medical hospital), Highland Oaks Plaza will be on the RIGHT at the 4th traffic light past Stratford Rd.
    • Next, an immediate RIGHT turn onto Highland Oaks Dr will take you up a hill.
    • Our building is located on the LEFT in the upper parking lot (2nd entrance) of Salem Medical Center.
      • There is ample open parking, and our office is immediately to the RIGHT of the main door at this entry (upper level).
      • If you have entered using the lower parking lot, our office is just to the LEFT at top of the central atrium stairs.
